What Gifts can I send ?

Our range of products includes range of Cakes from Monginis / Birdy's /
Biona, Bouquets, Chocolates from Fantasie Fine Chocolates, Mithai, Naturals
Ice cream, Greeting Cards, Perfumes etc.

Can I phone or fax in my order ?

Currently we do not have the facility whereby we accept orders received on the
phone or by fax but we plan to implement the same soon.

How do I make payment?

You can make the payment by mode of Credit Card and Pay Pal. In special
cases we can accept orders by Cheque or Demand draft. This is solely at the
discretion of Giftstomumbai.com and the same is subject to our accepting the
same. Please note that CC NOW will charge you for all gift purchases.
Accepting or declining any order is at sole discretion of Giftstomumbai.com
and no disputes will be entertained on this at anycost. Giftstomumbai.com
reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient
rejects the order for any reason. Giftstomumbai.com reserves the right to
deny its services to any sender, without any explanation. Giftstomumbai.com
is not liable for more than the retail cost of item in any condition. Any
disputes regarding this GIFTS service will be tried only in the courts of Mumbai
locally. Giftstomumbai.com is making it very clear that the products/services
provided in this site are with warranty wherever  mentioned.
Giftstomumbai.com will try its best to ensure that the products offered will be
error free and/or without defects. If defects are still found after passing
through our stringent quality control checks we shall replace the item at no
extra cost.

How is the item delivered ?

All gift are Hand delivered by our representatives in Mumbai and Pune. We
Gift Wrap your Special Gift with Love and Care. Mumbai orders can be delivered
on the same day provided we receive the order on or before 011.00a.m IST
on that day. For Pune city ( proper City ) orders 1 working days time required
to process the order.

Are the items delivered as per the display on the web page?

The images on our site contain accessories &  add-ons, which are not part of
the product. The items themselves are accurately represented on our pages
except wherever indicated.

What if you don't deliver or deliver late?

We shall try our very best to deliver to deliver your gift on the day and at the
time mentioned by you but this may not be always possible. There may
sometimes be unforeseen events beyond our control like heavy rains,
disruption of vehicular traffic, bandhs etc. Which will prevent us from making
the timely delivery. We solicit your kind cooperation in this regard. Also we
shall deliver the gift items at a time taking care not to disturb the recipient. A
full refund shall be issued to you no questions asked on the event that we are
not able to deliver your gift due to an error on our part. The refund process
takes three weeks.

Return Policy : -

Replacement : - items not received in good condition In case of perishable
items, the request for replacement should be submitted within 24 hours of
receipt of the items. In case of non perishable items, the request for return /
exchange should be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of the items, only if
there is any defect in the items. Non perishable items will not be exchanged
or returned in any other circumstances. There are no extra shipping charges
for the delivery of replacement items.

Refund against non-delivery (delivery through courier) : - For delivery of
goods through courier, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items
thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due
to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer shall still be
charged for the order. In case the delivery is not executed at all, the
customers can request for refund against the non-delivered goods.

Refund against non-delivery (cakes and flowers) : - For delivery of cakes and
flowers the delivery of items will be attempted only once. Being perishable in
nature, neither Giftstomumbai.com nor our enabling partner will be able to
provide any refund against such items. However if for some reason the
deliveries are missed or have not been attempted, the customers can request
for a refund against the non-executed deliveries.

Refund against canceled orders : - For all the approved cancellations the
order amount will be refunded in full.

Partial-Refunds : - In case of multiple goods being ordered, if the delivery is
not done for certain items, customers will be refunded against the
non-delivered goods or services.

Can you guarantee the date of delivery?

We do guarantee the date of delivery once we accept your order but we cannot
 guarantee the time of delivery. We are extremely aware of the significance of
delivering your gifts to your recipient on the day of the occasion.

How do I know that the item has been delivered on-time?

We shall send you the delivery confirmation of the gift item along with the
recipient's feedback if any.

Are there any additional delivery charge?

There are absolutely no extra delivery charges applicable. All prices on our
site are inclusive of the delivery charges as well as the gift-wrapping charges.

How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been made ?

Orders are delivered on the same day provided the order is received early on
that day.

Can I send some message along with the gift ?

We shall be happy to send you message to your recipient along with your gift.
Please note that we shall perform a cursory spell-check & Grammar correction
on your message. We shall also mail you your recipient's feedback and return
message if any.

Can the recipient send me a return message ?

As explained above we are in the business of delivering your love and
emotions to your recipients and bringing your recipients smiles across the
miles to you. We shall be very privileged to mail you your recipient's message
and Feedback.

What if the recipient's address is wrong or the recipient no longer stays there ?

We shall try our best to get your recipients updated address from the
neighbors. If we fail to do so we shall intimate the same to you for further
action. We can deliver this gift to any other recipient in Mumbai if you so
desire or only in extreme cases cancel your order and give you a full refund.
We do request you to kindly take care that the address entered by you is
accurate.

What if the recipient is not present at home?

We shall attempt the delivery on the same day again after some time by
making inquiry with the neighbors about the expected time of return of your
recipient. If you give us your approval to hand over the gifts to your recipients
neighbor in the absence of your recipient then we shall do so. In this case we
shall confirm with your recipient on phone about the delivery and intimate you
the same the very next day. Alternately we will leave a note or message for
recipient, which will have our phone number and address of our company
whereby they can call us and suggest to us a convenient time when we can
deliver your gift.

We send mails if there are reasons to celebrate or you have asked us to
remind you about your loved ones birthday or one of the important occasions.
We also mail you if we want to reach out to our members regarding any
important event, news etc., so that you are posted on what's happening
around. We respect your privacy and in case you don't want to receive email's
send us an e-mail at ask@Giftstomumbai.com, we will stop sending out mails
to you.

What if you don't deliver the order properly ?

We are committed to deliver your love and emotions, as we understand how
importance it is to convey the special wishes in a special way. We will deliver
the gift at the place and date you have specified. We want to achieve 100%
efficiency in delivering the gifts with your love and emotions. We would like to
make a note though, in case of circumstances beyond our control like natural
calamities - cyclone, flood or government acts or address misdirection's may
obstruct our goal of delivering the special gift to the special person at the
given time. In such cases we shall intimate the same to you by mail and
arrange to deliver at the earliest possible. We solicit your understanding and
cooperation in this regard.

I changed my mind, I want to change the order. Can I ?

Customer satisfaction is our goal. We live for it. If we have not yet delivered
your original choice of gift item we shall definitely wait till you place a fresh
order for another item. On receipt of this order we shall cancel your original
order with us and execute your new order. You shall be charged only for the
valid order. We would like to request you to intimate us at the earliest if you
wish to change your order to help us deliver your gifts on time. In this we
would appreciate it if you can intimate us about the change in your order at
least a day in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.

Do you sell, share or distribute my information to others ?

We support our customers right to privacy. We would not like to share,

We invite you to browse through our products section, and select the gift of
your choice.

What you should do after selecting the item.....

You now have to click on the "gift now" link provided next to the price of the
product.

Selecting the Color, Size etc. Of your item.....

You shall be taken to our "shopping cart" page, which is managed by CCNow,
our authorized payment gateway. Here you can view the name of the item
and its price along with quantity (by default quantity is 1, just put in the
quantity you want if you want multiple quantity). Click on the "Add more
items" button to continue shopping at Giftstomumbai.com or select "All other
countries" option in the "Ship to Menu" and click the "Pay and Finish" button.

After selecting the specifications.....

You shall be taken to the "Confirm total" page. At this stage keep your credit
card handy to fill in the necessary details and click the "Secure Checkout"
button option to start your payment process.

Putting the Recipient's Details.....

You shall be taken to our "Shipping/Payment" page where you need to fill in
the details regarding your recipients name and address etc. In the "other
notes and Instructions" you can specify any specific instructions which we
should follow in the process of delivering your gift to your recipient. You can
also include a message to be sent to your recipient in this field. In some
special cases where you do not have the postal address, we will do the
delivery on the basis of the telephone numbers provided by you. We would
really appreciate if you can let us know of any landmarks of the recipients
address for faster delivery.

Payment Detail's.....
In the CCNow Payment field enter in the details of your Card Number, Card
Holder Name and Address etc. Please take care to fill in the information

You get an order reference no....
On the order confirmation page you order shall be assigned a reference
